Payment and delivery
AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS
Büffel Bill is entitled to withdraw from the contract if Büffel Bill is not supplied correctly and/or on time by its suppliers. However, there is no right to withdraw if Büffel Bill is responsible for the unavailability of the goods. The customer will be informed immediately about the unavailability of the goods. Any payments made by the customer will be refunded immediately.
DELIVERY TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Fresh products that require refrigeration are only delivered to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland, as this is the only way to maintain the cold chain. For fresh products that require refrigeration, Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH only guarantees compliance with the legally prescribed maximum temperatures if the customer selects the “express package” shipping method and then only in the event that the first delivery attempt of the ordered fresh products to the specified delivery address is successful. Büffel Bill is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer. For partial deliveries, the customer only has to bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the ordered goods were delivered in full.
If present, only he or an adult authorized by him to accept the delivery is entitled to accept the delivery of goods. The customer releases Büffel Bill from third-party claims that arise from the violation of this obligation.
If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Büffel Bill is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.
Shipping takes place via DPD Food Express.
In Germany, parcels are delivered during the week such as Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Delivery in Austria takes place Wednesday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg takes place Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the point in time at which the customer defaults on acceptance.
PRICES, MINIMUM ORDER VALUE, COSTS
The prices apply at the time of ordering. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
The minimum order value in Germany and the Netherlands is €39.90 per order, the delivery costs are €9.90. For orders worth €100 or more, delivery is free in Germany and the Netherlands.
The minimum order value in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria is €49.90 per order, the delivery costs are €9.90. From an order value of €150, delivery is free of charge in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria.
The shipping costs depend on the customer's place of residence, the order quantity and the chosen shipping method and are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
In the event of a cancellation of the contract in accordance with 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer is obliged to bear the regular costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
PAYMENT TERMS
The purchase price is due for payment when the purchase contract is concluded.
The customer has the option of paying by Paypal, credit card, Klarna, SOFORT transfer and on account. Further information about the individual payment methods can be found in the payment information.
There is no possibility to deduct cash.
In the event that a direct debit is not honored or returned, the customer hereby irrevocably authorizes his bank to inform Büffel Bill of his name and current address. Büffel Bill can claim possible return debit fees that were charged to Büffel Bill for reasons for which the customer is responsible.
PayPal
After confirming the purchase, the customer will be automatically redirected to PayPal to process the payment via the account.
Credit card
The credit card account will be debited after the order has been completed. Payment is processed via PayPal. However, no PayPal account is required.
Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, the following payment options are offered via Klarna:

- Pay immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.

RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
