AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Büffel Bill is entitled to withdraw from the contract if Büffel Bill's suppliers fail to deliver correctly and/or on time. However, there is no right of withdrawal if Büffel Bill is responsible for the unavailability of the goods. The customer will be informed immediately of the unavailability of the goods. Any consideration paid by the customer will be refunded immediately.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Fresh products that require refrigeration are delivered exclusively in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland, as this is the only way to maintain the cold chain. For fresh products that require refrigeration, Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH only guarantees compliance with the legally prescribed maximum temperatures if the customer selects the "express package" shipping method and then only if the first delivery attempt of the ordered fresh products to the specified delivery address is successful. Büffel Bill is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer only has to pay the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the entire ordered goods had been delivered.

If present, only the customer himself or an adult authorized by him to accept the delivery is authorized to accept the delivery of the goods. The customer indemnifies Büffel Bill against claims by third parties arising from the violation of this obligation.

If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Büffel Bill is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.

Shipping is via DHL Express.
In Germany, parcels are delivered during the week and on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Delivery in Austria takes place Wednesday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg takes place Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item shall pass to the customer at the time at which the customer defaults on acceptance.

PRICES, MINIMUM ORDER VALUE, COSTS
The prices valid at the time of order apply. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

The minimum order value in Germany and the Netherlands is €39.90 per order, and delivery costs are €9.90. For orders over €100, delivery is free of charge in Germany and the Netherlands.

The minimum order value in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Austria is €49.90 per order, and delivery costs are €9.90. For orders over €150, delivery is free in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Austria.

The shipping costs depend on the customer's place of residence, the order quantity and the selected shipping method and will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

In the event of cancellation of the contract in accordance with Section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer is obliged to bear the regular costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.

PAYMENT TERMS
The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the purchase contract.

Customers can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna, SOFORT Überweisung, and invoice. Further information on the individual payment methods can be found in the payment information.

There is no possibility of a discount deduction.

In the event of a direct debit being non-payment or returned, the customer hereby irrevocably authorizes their bank to inform Büffel Bill of their name and current address. Büffel Bill may claim any returned direct debit fees charged to Büffel Bill for reasons attributable to the customer.

PayPal
After confirming the purchase, the customer is automatically redirected to PayPal to process the payment via the account.

credit card
Your credit card account will be charged after your order is completed. Payment is processed via PayPal. However, a PayPal account is not required.

Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, the following payment options are offered via Klarna:

• Pay Immediately: Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
