Shipping policy

 

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Buffalo Bill is entitled to withdraw from the contract if it is not supplied correctly and/or on time by its suppliers. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply if Buffalo Bill is responsible for the unavailability of the goods. The customer will be informed immediately of the unavailability of the goods. Any payments made by the customer will be refunded immediately.

DELIVERY TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Fresh products requiring refrigeration are delivered exclusively in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria, as this is the only way to ensure the cold chain is maintained. For fresh products that require refrigeration, Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH only guarantees compliance with the legally prescribed maximum temperatures if the customer selects the "express package" shipping method and then only if the first delivery attempt of the ordered fresh products to the specified delivery address is successful. Büffel Bill is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer only has to pay the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the entire ordered goods had been delivered.

If present, only the customer himself or an adult authorized by him to accept the delivery is authorized to accept the delivery of the goods. The customer indemnifies Büffel Bill against claims by third parties arising from the violation of this obligation.

If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Büffel Bill is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.

Shipping is via DHL Express.
In Germany, packages are delivered between 8:00 and 18:00 on weekdays and Saturdays.
Delivery in Austria, In Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, delivery takes place Tuesday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the time when the customer is in default of acceptance.

PRICES, MINIMUM ORDER VALUE, COSTS
The prices valid at the time of ordering apply. All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax.

Exception for island delivery: In the case of island deliveries, there may also be increased delivery costs at a later date.

Exception for public holidays: In the case of public holiday deliveries, there may also be increased delivery costs at a later date.

The minimum order value is € 39.90 per order.

Within Germany, delivery is free for orders over €129.

Deliveries to EU countries Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg offer free shipping on orders over €149.

The shipping costs depend on the customer's place of residence, the order quantity and the selected shipping method and will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

In the event of a cancellation of the contract in accordance with section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer is obliged to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.

PAYMENT TERMS
The purchase price becomes due for payment upon conclusion of the purchase agreement.

Customers can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Further information about each payment method can be found in the payment information.

There is no possibility of a discount deduction.

In the event of a direct debit being non-payment or returned, the customer hereby irrevocably authorizes their bank to inform Büffel Bill of their name and current address. Büffel Bill may claim any returned direct debit fees charged to Büffel Bill for reasons attributable to the customer.

PayPal
After confirming the purchase, the customer is automatically redirected to PayPal to process the payment via the account.

credit card
Your credit card account will be charged after your order has been completed. Payment will be processed via Shopify Payments.

Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, the following payment options are offered via Klarna:

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
The delivered goods remain the property of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
