For decades, the Jaglas family has been producing traditional recipes in their family pharmacy and continually refining them. Their guidance is based on the German Pharmacopoeia, ancient compendia, and traditional herbal knowledge. Through the further development of selected recipes into the Dr. Jaglas brand – by pharmacist Dr. Christina Jagla – these herbal specialties can now be found outside of the Bergisches Land region in delicatessens, select retailers, pharmacies, and upscale restaurants – worldwide.

Selection of the delivery date in the shopping cart
In the shopping cart you will be asked to enter your desired delivery date. Depending on the delivery country, you will be shown different options to choose from.
Why do we need a desired delivery date and what influences the available options?
When you place your order, your products are freshly cut and prepared the morning of the shipping day. Therefore, deliveries on Mondays or after a public holiday, for example, are not possible. Your order will be shipped chilled via express delivery, ensuring it arrives on time and fresh on your selected delivery day. Selecting a delivery date is mandatory, even for products that do not require refrigeration or preparation.

Is there a sales shop in Singen?
We don't currently have a retail store in the traditional sense. However, it is possible to pick up orders from us in person. Please indicate "Pickup" and the exact pickup date in the comments field. For in-person pickup, Büffel Delikatessen will reimburse the shipping costs according to the value.

Behind Büffel Bill is founder Manuel Ruess and his team. Our vision is to introduce consumers to a conscious enjoyment of meat. In our production, we follow the "nose-to-tail" principle by trying to use the entire buffalo. We don't like to talk about prime cuts, because in our opinion, every piece of meat is equally good if you know how to prepare it.
