The Burrata Salad with Raspberries - A viral hit! Delicious combination of creamy cheese & fresh fruits. Ideal for quick lunches or light dinners.
Ingredients (2 people)
- 1 burrata
- Arugula salad
- Truffle oil (Lussiero)
- 6g truffle slices
- red tomatoes
- yellow cherry tomatoes
- basil
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- Salt pepper
Step 1 Salad:
- Rocket on the plate
- Place the burrata in the middle of a plate
- Arrange tomatoes in halved slices around it
- Add the basil as desired and season with pepper and salt.
Step 2 Dressing:
- Place fresh raspberries with agave syrup and white wine vinegar in a blender with truffle oil and blend until liquid.
- Then pour over the prepared salad.
