Burrata truffle salad with raspberry dressing

Burrata Salad with Raspberries – A viral hit! A delicious combination of creamy cheese and fresh fruit. Ideal for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients (2 people)

  • 1 Burrata
  • Salat Arugula
  • Truffle oil (Lussiero)
  • 6g truffle slices
  • Red tomatoes
  • Yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Basil
  • 150g of fric Himbeeren
  • 1 AL Agavensirup
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper
     

Step 1 Salad:

  1. Arugula on the plate
  2. Place burrata in the middle of a plate
  3. Put tomatoes in halved slices
  4. Spread the basil to taste and season with pepper and salt.

 

Step 2 Dressing:

  1. Put fresh raspberries with agave syrup and white wine vinegar in a blender with truffle oil and mix liquid.
  2. Then pour over the prepared salad.
