How does delivery take place?
We deliver our delicacies in less than 24 hours in special cool boxes including ice packs, which are normally used for medicine. This means we can guarantee that our delicacies reach the customer absolutely fresh and chilled - without interrupting the cold chain.
How long do the products last?
Our meat usually lasts for at least 7-8 days. Buffalo mozzarella usually has a minimum shelf life of around 2 weeks. Our minced meat products have a minimum shelf life of around 3-4 days. The exact best-before date can be seen on the packaging (also for all other products).
Fresh or frozen?
Our meat is individually freshly cut and packaged on the day of dispatch, and shipping takes place immediately afterwards. Products made from chopped meat and our Maultaschen are excluded from this. On request, we will be happy to deliver your entire order frozen.
