Why do we need a desired delivery date and what influences the available options?
When you place your order, your products will not be freshly cut and prepared until the morning of the day of dispatch. Therefore, for example, delivery is not possible on Monday or after a holiday. Your order will be sent refrigerated by express and will reach you on time and fresh on your selected delivery day. Also, for products that do not require cooling or do not need to be prepared, the selection of a delivery date is mandatory.

We currently do not have a sales shop in this sense. However, it is possible to collect orders from us on site. Please enter the note “Pickup” and the exact pickup date in the comment field. If the item is picked up on site, the resulting shipping costs will be offset by Büffel Delikatessen in accordance with the equivalent value.

Behind Büffel Bill is the founder Manuel Ruess and his team. Our vision is to introduce the consumer to conscious meat enjoyment. In our production we follow the “nose-to-tail” principle by trying to process the complete buffalo. We don't like to speak of precious pieces, because in our eyes every piece of meat is equally good if you know how to prepare it.
