The round, typically Asian-looking handle of the knife has an extraordinary feel, lies smoothly and softly in the hand and is the perfect contrast to the precise and sharp 26 cm long cutting edge. The hollow grind reduces the sticking of the cut material to the blade of your HEKTOR. The knife with its blade made of X50CrMoV15 steel and a hardness of 56 HRC is made in Germany.
