The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply exclusively to the business relationships between Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH Holzeckstraße 1, 78224 Singen and the customer when ordering goods within Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg in the online shop on

The language available for concluding the contract is German or English. The presentation of the goods on does not represent a legally binding offer from Büffel Bill to conclude a purchase contract but rather a non-binding online catalog. Only the ordering of goods by the customer constitutes a binding offer from the customer to Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH to conclude a purchase contract in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The customer submits a binding offer for all items in his shopping cart by clicking on the “Confirm payment” button in the ordering process. Confirmation of receipt of your order occurs together with acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation. After receipt of the order, Büffel Bill will inform the customer that his order has been received by email, which will contain the details of the order (order confirmation and invoice). Upon receipt of the order confirmation, the purchase contract is also accepted by Büffel Bill.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH, Holzeckstrasse 1, 78224 Singen,, telephone: +49 (0)7731 63056) by means of a clear statement (e.g. sent by post letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date is rapid would be exceeded.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Sample cancellation form

Büffel Bill is entitled to withdraw from the contract if Büffel Bill is not supplied correctly and/or on time by its suppliers. However, there is no right to withdraw if Büffel Bill is responsible for the unavailability of the goods. The customer will be informed immediately about the unavailability of the goods. Any payments made by the customer will be refunded immediately.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

For fresh products that require refrigeration, Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH only guarantees compliance with the legally prescribed maximum temperatures if the customer selects the “express package” shipping method and then only in the event that the first delivery attempt of the ordered fresh products to the specified delivery address is successful. Further information on fresh products that require refrigeration can be found in the freshness guarantee. We are happy to deliver the goods shock-frozen upon request. Not possible for orders containing mozzarella and burrata.

Büffel Bill is entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for the customer. For partial deliveries, the customer only has to bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the ordered goods were delivered in full.

If present, only he or an adult authorized by him to accept the delivery is entitled to accept the delivery of goods. The customer releases Büffel Bill from third-party claims that arise from the violation of this obligation.

If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Büffel Bill is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the point in time at which the customer defaults on acceptance.

Shipping takes place via DPD FOOD Express. In Germany, parcels are delivered during the week such as Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. In Austria, delivery takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg takes place Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

By purchasing, the customer agrees to the transfer of necessary data to the relevant shipping service provider.

The prices apply at the time of ordering. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

Exception for island delivery: For island deliveries there may also be subsequent increased delivery costs.

Exception on public holidays: Deliveries on public holidays may result in increased delivery costs.

The minimum order value in Germany and the Netherlands is €39.90 per order, the delivery costs are €9.90. For orders over €100, delivery is free in Germany and the Netherlands.

The minimum order value in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria is €49.90 per order, the delivery costs are €9.90. For orders over €150, delivery is free in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria.

The shipping costs depend on the customer's place of residence, the order quantity and the chosen shipping method and are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

In the event of a cancellation of the contract in accordance with No. 3 of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer is obliged to bear the regular costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

The purchase price is due for payment when the purchase contract is concluded.

The customer has the option of paying by Paypal, credit card, Klarna, SOFORT transfer and on account. Further information about the individual payment methods can be found in the payment information.

There is no possibility of a cash discount.

In the event that a direct debit is not honored or returned, the customer hereby irrevocably authorizes his bank to inform Büffel Bill of his name and current address. Büffel Bill can claim possible return debit fees that were charged to Büffel Bill for reasons for which the customer is responsible.

After confirming the purchase, the customer will be automatically redirected to PayPal to process the payment via the account.

Credit card
The credit card account will be debited after the order has been completed. Payment is processed via PayPal. However, no PayPal account is required.

Instant bank transfer
After confirming the purchase, the customer will be redirected directly to an online transfer form. The debit is made via the customer's own bank account.

The delivered goods remain the property of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.

If there is a defect in the ordered goods, the statutory regulations apply. The order is deemed to have been properly fulfilled if the customer does not complain to Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH in writing (e-mail) or by telephone IMMEDIATELY after receiving the goods. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH assumes no guarantee for loss of quality in the event of unrefrigerated meat deliveries or delays in acceptance. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH guarantees that the pieces of meat selected for the customer always correspond to at least the weight ordered at the time of dispatch. During delivery, the meat may lose weight slightly due to the natural release of liquid. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH does not provide any guarantee for this and cannot be held liable in the event of a lower weight upon arrival at the buyer's premises. There is therefore no claim for compensation, return or exchange of the delivered products


  • Vouchers that are issued free of charge by the seller as part of promotions with a specific period of validity and that cannot be purchased by the customer can only be redeemed in the seller's online shop and only during the specified period.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.
  • Individual products may be excluded from the voucher campaign.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent billing is not possible.
  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
  • The value of the goods must be higher than the amount of the voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.
  • If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, you can choose one of the other payment methods offered by the seller to pay the difference.
  • The balance of a voucher is neither paid out in cash nor interest.
  • The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
  • The voucher is transferable. The seller can make payments with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the voucher in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of authorization, incapacity or lack of authorization to represent the respective owner.

Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH, Holzeckstraße 1, 78224 Singen, is fully liable for damage in the event of intent or gross negligence.

Liability for simple negligence only exists in the event of damage resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place or the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and its compliance the customer regularly trusts (cardinal obligation). In the event of a negligent violation of cardinal obligations, liability is limited to contract-typical and foreseeable damages.

Statutory liability regardless of fault (e.g. under the Product Liability Act) and liability arising from the assumption of a guarantee remain unaffected.

Büffel Bill's legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents are not liable to any greater extent than Büffel Bill itself.

If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the business relationship is the headquarters of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH in Singen. The same place of jurisdiction applies if the customer's domicile or usual place of residence is not known at the time the action is filed.

If one or more provisions are ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
