Why do we need a desired delivery date and what influences the available options?
When you place your order, your products will only be freshly cut and prepared on the morning of the day of dispatch. This means that, for example, no delivery is possible on a Monday or after a public holiday. Your order will be sent chilled by express and will therefore reach you on time and fresh on your selected delivery day.

How is the delivery made?
We deliver our delicacies in less than 24 hours in special cool boxes including ice packs, which are normally used for medicine. This way we can guarantee that our delicacies arrive at the customer absolutely fresh and chilled - without interrupting the cold chain.
How long do the products last?
Our meat usually has a shelf life of at least 7-8 days. Buffalo mozzarella usually has a minimum shelf life of around 2 weeks. Our minced meat products have a minimum shelf life of around 3-4 days. The exact best-before date can be seen on the packaging (also for all other products).
Fresh or frozen?
Our meat is individually cut and packaged fresh on the day of dispatch and dispatched immediately afterwards. Products made from minced meat and our Maultaschen are excluded from this. If you wish, we will be happy to deliver your entire order frozen.
