These Buffalo Meatballs made from Buffalo Bill Gourmet minced meat are not only wrapped by bacon and filled with cheese, but also still smoked on a whiskey barrel plank. Madness? Absolutely!
INGREDIENTS
MEAT BALLS:
- 400g Buffalo minced meat
- 100g soft cheese
- 10 slices of bacon
ADDITIONAL:
- Salt
- Pfeffer
- BBQ Sauce
- 1 piece whiskys mokeboard from Smokewood
PREPARATION
- The buffalo minced meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and divided into 10 equal portions.
- Now 10 cubes are cut from the cheese and placed in the middle of the minced meat portions. Then round balls are formed from the minced meat so that the cheese forms the core of the meatballs.
- The 10 Meatballs are each wrapped with a slice of bacon and placed on the watered Smokeboard.
