Juicy steak sandwich

How about an American steak sandwich? Simply add a few slices of our flank steak in one piece with Salt and pepper Sear on both sides until it reaches your perfect level of doneness. While the meat is resting, you can slice a red onion into rings, oil Brown and caramelize with a little honey and balsamic vinegar. Then you can assemble your sandwich just the way you like it: Toast a few slices of crispy ciabatta or hearty sourdough bread, spread the bread of your choice with aioli or mustard, and then layer your juicy steak strips with sweet onions, spicy arugula, or whatever else you have in the fridge. Our secret ingredient for that certain something: Creamy Mozzarella slicesthat perfectly round off your sandwich. Then briefly put the whole thing under the grill or in the pan until the cheese has melted – and you can enjoy your American dream.

And if you prefer the classic steak, the Black Angus Rib-eye steak get their money's worth. For steak enjoyment, simply take the meat out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature. For a little more sharpness A homemade chimichurri can be added. Finely chop a bunch of flat-leaf parsley, two cloves of garlic and a red chili and mix with red wine vinegar and olive oil Finally, add some oreganoAdd salt and pepper before letting the sauce simmer. But back to the star of the show: Add your steak to the hot pan, season generously with salt and pepper, and sear it for about two to three minutes on each side. Before serving, it's best to let the meat rest for a bit—this allows the flavors to disperse.
